Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted only if:
- You were charged in error
- The product is inaccessible due to a technical issue on our side
- The product is significantly different from its description
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Lack of technical knowledge
- Failure to read product descriptions
- Downloaded and accessed products
- Compatibility issues not stated as supported
Requesting a Refund
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase by emailing:

Include:
- Order ID
- Reason for request
All refund decisions are final.
