When you purchase a TimelyUI product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product according to your selected plan.
2. Permitted Use
You may:
- Use the product in personal or commercial projects
- Modify the product for your own projects
- Use it in client work (if allowed by your plan)
3. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the product
- Share the files publicly or privately
- Use the product to create competing products
- Claim the product as your own work
4. Ownership
TimelyUI retains all ownership and intellectual property rights.
5. Termination
Violation of this license results in immediate termination without refund.
